2. Payment Policy

a. Quotes & Invoicing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed project milestones or service terms.
• All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing.

b. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT), credit card, or other approved payment methods as communicated on the invoice.

c. Late Payments

• A 2% monthly interest may apply to overdue accounts.
• CSS Infra reserves the right to pause work until outstanding payments are received.
• Debt recovery costs may be charged to the client if external recovery action is required.

3. Refund Policy

a. General Policy

CSS Infra operates on a no-refund policy once services have commenced or been delivered, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

b. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or cancellation of services already scheduled or performed.

c. Service Issues

If a service is found to be defective or not delivered as agreed, we will:

• Rectify the issue at no additional cost; or
• Offer a partial or full refund only at our sole discretion, based on the specific circumstances.

d. Advance Payments

In cases where a deposit or pre-payment has been made for future work:

• That payment is non-refundable unless CSS Infra cancels the agreement without cause.
• Any cancellation by the client may result in forfeiture of the pre-payment.
