1. Introduction

Welcome to CSS Infra. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) which apply to all work performed by CSS Infra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for our clients (“you”, “your”).

2. Our Services

CSS Infra delivers professional telecommunications and infrastructure services, including network engineering, civil construction, and related technical support. Project-specific terms, pricing, and deliverables are set out in our proposals or service agreements.

3. Quotations & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
• Interest may apply to overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month.

4. Your Responsibilities

To enable safe and efficient service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate site access and project information.
• Secure all necessary permits unless agreed otherwise.
• Maintain a safe working environment per WHS regulations.

5. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant our services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care.
• Liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding fees paid.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain issues, industrial actions, or regulatory changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All documentation, plans, and designs created by CSS Infra remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use them solely for the purposes of the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Any fees incurred for work completed or committed remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protection and commercial law.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
